This Cookie Policy explains how NextGen Intelligence LLC uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on nxtgen-intel.com and within our Products, what choices you have, and how to exercise them.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website or application. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as your preferences or login status. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixel tags, and web beacons.

We refer to all of these collectively as “cookies” in this policy.

  • Authentication providers — session and identity tokens.
  • Payment processors — fraud prevention and session management during checkout.
  • Customer support tools — chat session continuity.

We do not permit third-party advertising networks to set cookies inside authenticated Product areas.

4. Cookie durations

  • Persistent cookies: remain for a set period (typically 30 days to 2 years, depending on purpose) or until you delete them.

Specific durations are disclosed in our cookie consent manager where applicable.

5. Your choices

5.1 Cookie consent manager

On your first visit to nxtgen-intel.com, we present a cookie consent banner. You can accept all, reject non-essential, or customise your choices. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the cookie settings link in the footer.

5.2 Browser settings

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will impair or prevent use of the Services. Links to browser cookie controls: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (search “manage cookies” in your browser’s help).

5.3 Opt-out tools

For interest-based advertising cookies, you can use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out (optout.aboutads.info) or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out (optout.networkadvertising.org).

5.4 Do Not Track

We respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically feasible. We do not currently respond to browser-level Do Not Track (DNT) signals, as there is no consistent industry standard.

6. Legal basis for cookies (EU/UK)
